I HAVE DECIDED
Action Step: Baptism
Our Christian faith is centered on the death of Jesus on the cross and his resurrection from the grave three days later. Why did this happen? What does it mean for you? This week we'll discuss the incredible gospel message and give you a chance to respond to the good news that will change your life. Whether you're brand new to church or you've been walking with God for most of your life, this week is a great chance for you to share your journey and encourage others.
Action Step: Faithfulness
Our relationship with God goes far beyond attending church on the weekend - We can invite Him into every area of our life each day. We live in a world that's fighting for our attention and it becomes easy to be distracted from what God is calling us to do as followers of Christ. In this session, we'll discuss how to put God first in all that we do and see what the bible says about obedience.
MEANT FOR MORE
Action Step: Serving
From the moment that we decide to follow Christ, God gives each of us gifts that are meant to be used for His glory and the encouragement and growth of the church. You have a purpose. We'll learn about the calling that God gives all believers and then help you find out where you can use your gifts. At the end of the session, we'll help you to join one of our Central Serving Teams.
CREATED FOR COMMUNITY
Action Step: Community Groups
We weren't meant to do life alone! God designed us to be in relationship with Him and in relationship with other believers. The early church met in people's homes, studied the bible, shared meals, and met oneanother's needs - This is what it looks like to be part of a church community. Central Church has community groups that meet across Central Maine and follow this model. Together, we'll learn more about the importance of having other people around us, and help you to find a community group to join.

Central Kids & Youth Ministries
Central Kids is for kids Birth to 6th grade!
Birth - 36 months focuses on creating a safe, loving environment for newborns and infants so parents can be free to worship God during the main services every weekend.
Ages 3 - 6th grade focus on a dynamic, interactive and chronological study of the Bible designed to teach children how Christ’s love and salvation fit into the Biblical narrative.
Central Youth is for teens in grades 6 - 12th grade!
The teens meet on Sunday nights from 5-7PM at our Augusta campus. They dive deeper into the word, developing a sense of community and understanding of God as they encounter him in their daily life.
One of the core values of our church is to be uncommonly generous in our community.
This means we are eager to serve Central - inside and outside - our church walls. Sometimes it means handing out water bottles at a parade or event. Other times, it means serving pancakes at a local school.
Our mission is simple: To Love Jesus, Love Others, and Help Others Love Jesus. Jumping on a chance to serve our community and show love in a tangible way is what we enjoy most!
